Factory defects: If the product has a factory defect, BPClothesShop will cover the shipping costs, as long as it is reported within 10 days from the date you received the product
Other reasons: If the return is for reasons other than factory defects, the buyer must assume the shipping cost of both the product to be returned and the new product.
