2. Other reasons (size, model, or preference):

   • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, both for the return and for the new product.

📝 Requirements for acceptance

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be unused and in original condition.

• Have original packaging and tags intact.

• Not be altered, damaged, or washed.

If you receive the wrong item or a product with a factory defect, BPClothesShop will cover all shipping costs and replace the item at no additional cost.

🔁 Exchanges for wrong size or model

If the exchange is due to an incorrect choice by the customer (e.g., wrong size or color), the shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Please check your order upon delivery. If you notice any issues (missing items, damage, wrong product), you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
